In tonight's concert, Jagoda Różycka & Luís Lélis present the repertoire of Nina Simone, whose unmistakable voice, fearless artistry and extraordinary ability to blend jazz, blues, gospel, and classical influences made her one of the most influential musicians of the twentieth century. From deeply intimate ballads to powerful anthems, her performances continue to inspire generations with their emotional intensity and uncompromising spirit. A night of passion, soul, and a heartfelt tribute to one of the most iconic voices in music history.

Jagoda Różycka is a Polish jazz vocalist based in Lisbon, known for her warm stage presence, expressive interpretations of the Great American Songbook, and deep appreciation for the legendary female voices who shaped the history of jazz. Joining her on piano is Luís Lélis, a Portuguese jazz pianist known for his lyrical touch, refined musicality, and deep appreciation for the jazz tradition.
