Terms & Conditions
1. Non-Refundable Purchase
All gift card purchases are final. Once a gift card has been issued or delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by law.
2. Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen nor for unauthorised use.
3. Expiration and Validity
Each gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any unused balance will be forfeited, and the card will no longer be accepted. Gift cards carry no service fees during their validity period.
4. Single Use Only
Gift cards must be redeemed in full during a single transaction. Partial use is not permitted, and any remaining balance after redemption will not be retained, credited or refunded.
