Shipping Costs

 

• Portugal: €6.00 to €7.00 (for orders up to 1 kg or 1–5 kg) - Free Shipping above €50

• Spain: €8.00 to €10.50 (for orders up to 1 kg or 1–5 kg) - Free Shipping above €50​

All shipping fees include handling, packaging and transport. We currently ship within Portugal (mainland & islands) and Spain (mainland) only. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla at this time. Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days in Portugal and 5–7 business days in Spain, depending on the destination.

 

Delivery Information

 

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Upon delivery, the recipient will be asked to sign the delivery note to confirm receipt. If your order arrives damaged or shows signs of mishandling during transport, please note this on the carrier’s delivery slip and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can assist you with a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for reports made after this period.
