In tonight’s concert, Lobo - Carvalho - Marques present a repertoire that blends original compositions with standards from the American songbook, revisiting them through an approach that balances tradition and innovation. The result is music in constant reinvention, where the collective sound asserts itself with the same clarity as the individual voice of each performer. Featuring João Lobo (double bass), António Carvalho (drums) and Gonçalo Marques (trumpet), this trio was born out of a desire to explore new musical territories.
